JwennHub Terms of Service

Welcome to JwennHub. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JwennHub and the services, websites, applications, marketplace features, directories, and related Jwenn platforms accessible through JwennHub.
By accessing or using JwennHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
1. About JwennHub
JwennHub is a digital marketplace hub designed to connect people with useful listings, businesses, professionals, services, and opportunities through the Jwenn family of platforms.
The Jwenn ecosystem currently includes:
- JwennKay — Property listings and discovery
- JwennMachin — Vehicle listings and discovery
- JwennBiznis — Business and professional directory and digital cards
- Other Jwenn services that may be introduced in the future
JwennHub provides a central place from which users can discover and access these specialized platforms.
2. JwennHub's Role
JwennHub primarily provides technology that helps users find information, listings, businesses, professionals, and services and connect with third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JwennHub is not the owner, seller, buyer, landlord, renter, vehicle dealer, rental provider, real estate broker, professional service provider, employer, agent, lender, insurer, or other party involved in transactions between users.
JwennHub does not automatically become a party to a transaction simply because users discover or contact one another through a Jwenn platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use JwennHub features that involve accounts, payments, listings, subscriptions, or commercial transactions.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations when using JwennHub and related platforms.
4. General Public Access
Certain portions of JwennHub and the Jwenn platforms may be available to visitors without requiring an account.
Public users may be able to:
- Browse property listings
- Browse vehicle listings
- Discover businesses
- Discover independent professionals
- View public digital cards
- Access publicly available information
- Contact advertisers, businesses, or professionals
- Navigate between Jwenn platforms
Use of publicly accessible portions of the platforms remains subject to applicable provisions of these Terms.
5. User Accounts
Certain features may require users to create or sign in to an account.
Users are responsible for:
- Providing reasonably accurate information
- Protecting account credentials
- Keeping account information reasonably current
- Activities performed through their accounts
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access
JwennHub or the applicable Jwenn platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, fraud, legal, or safety concerns.
6. JwennKay Property Listings
JwennKay allows authorized users to advertise properties for sale or rent.
Property information is generally provided by property owners, landlords, sellers, agents, or other advertisers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JwennHub and JwennKay do not independently guarantee:
- Property ownership
- Property condition
- Property availability
- Listing accuracy
- Asking prices
- Property documentation
- Measurements or boundaries
- The identity or authority of an advertiser
- Completion of a sale or rental
Prospective buyers and renters are responsible for independently verifying important information before making payments or entering into agreements.
Use of JwennKay may also be subject to JwennKay-specific Terms and policies.
7. JwennMachin Vehicle Listings
JwennMachin allows authorized users to advertise vehicles for sale or rent.
Vehicle information is generally provided by vehicle owners, sellers, dealers, rental providers, or other advertisers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JwennHub and JwennMachin do not independently guarantee:
- Vehicle ownership
- Mechanical condition
- Mileage
- Vehicle history
- Availability
- Listing accuracy
- Price
- Title or registration information
- The identity or authority of an advertiser
- Completion of a sale or rental
Prospective buyers and renters should independently inspect vehicles and verify relevant documentation before completing transactions.
Use of JwennMachin may also be subject to JwennMachin-specific Terms and policies.
8. JwennBiznis Businesses and Professionals
JwennBiznis allows businesses and independent professionals to create digital cards and make their services discoverable through a public directory.
Businesses and professionals are responsible for information they publish.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JwennHub and JwennBiznis do not guarantee:
- The identity of every business or professional
- Professional qualifications
- Licenses or certifications
- Quality of services
- Availability
- Pricing
- Customer satisfaction
- Accuracy of every profile
- Results from hiring or doing business with a listed provider
Users should independently evaluate businesses and professionals before hiring, contracting with, or paying them.
Use of JwennBiznis may also be subject to JwennBiznis-specific Terms and policies.
9. User-Provided Content
Users may submit content through Jwenn platforms, including:
- Property information
- Vehicle information
- Business information
- Professional information
- Descriptions
- Photographs
- Logos
- Contact information
- Websites and social media links
- Other listing or profile information
Users are responsible for the content they submit.
By submitting content, users represent that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use and publish that content.
10. Public Content
Certain information submitted through Jwenn platforms is intended to be publicly accessible.
By publishing a listing, business profile, professional profile, or digital card, users understand that the information may be viewed by members of the public.
Users should not publish unnecessary sensitive personal or financial information.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use JwennHub or related Jwenn platforms to:
- Publish fraudulent or intentionally misleading information
- Impersonate another person, business, or organization
- Advertise property or vehicles without appropriate authorization
- Misrepresent professional qualifications
- Offer unlawful products or services
- Upload stolen or unauthorized content
- Attempt to defraud another user
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Distribute malware or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Interfere with platform security or normal operation
- Improperly scrape, copy, or exploit platform content
- Use the platforms for spam or unlawful solicitation
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in illegal activity
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
12. Transactions Between Users
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JwennHub does not participate in or control transactions between independent users.
Transactions may include:
- Property sales
- Property rentals
- Vehicle sales
- Vehicle rentals
- Professional services
- Business transactions
- Deposits
- Contracts
- Appointments
- Other arrangements
Users are responsible for evaluating one another and determining the terms of their transactions.
Users should exercise reasonable caution before sending money, signing agreements, sharing sensitive information, or entering into transactions.
13. Payments to Jwenn Platforms
Certain services may require payment, including:
- Property listing fees
- Vehicle listing fees
- Digital card creation fees
- Premium subscriptions
- Memberships
- Featured placements
- Advertising
- Promotional services
- Other paid features
Prices and applicable billing terms will be presented through the relevant platform before purchase.
Platform-specific payment and refund policies may apply.
14. Secure Payment Processing
JwennHub and related Jwenn platforms may use Stripe or another authorized payment processing provider to process payments.
When Stripe is used, payment card information is processed through Stripe's payment infrastructure.
JwennHub does not directly store complete credit or debit card information when payment information is processed by the payment provider.
Users should enter payment information only through official JwennHub or Jwenn platform payment processes.
No online payment system can guarantee absolute security, but established payment providers use safeguards designed to protect payment information.
15. Subscriptions
Certain Jwenn services may offer optional recurring subscriptions.
When purchasing a recurring subscription, the applicable:
- Price
- Billing frequency
- Features
- Renewal terms
- Cancellation conditions
will be presented through the applicable platform.
Recurring subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled according to the terms presented at purchase.
16. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the applicable platform's payment policy.
Digital services that have already been delivered, activated, published, or substantially performed may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Verified duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or payments collected without delivery of the purchased service because of a platform technical error may be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. Featured, Premium, and Paid Placement
Jwenn platforms may offer Featured, Premium, sponsored, or other paid visibility options.
Payment for increased visibility or additional features does not automatically constitute verification or endorsement by JwennHub.
Featured or Premium status also does not guarantee:
- A specific number of views
- Leads
- Customers
- Sales
- Rentals
- Contracts
- Revenue
- Any particular financial result
18. No Endorsement
The presence of a property, vehicle, business, professional, advertisement, or other offering on a Jwenn platform does not automatically mean that JwennHub recommends or endorses it.
Users should perform appropriate independent evaluation before making important decisions.
19. Fraud and Suspicious Activity
Fraudulent and deceptive activity is prohibited.
However, JwennHub cannot guarantee that every person using an online marketplace or directory will act honestly.
Users should exercise caution when encountering:
- Requests for unusual payment methods
- Pressure to send money immediately
- Requests for sensitive financial information
- Inconsistent identity information
- Offers that appear unrealistic
- Refusal to provide reasonable verification
Suspected fraud or misuse may be reported to:
20. Account and Content Enforcement
JwennHub and related platforms may take reasonable action when users violate applicable Terms or policies.
Actions may include:
- Removing content
- Restricting listings
- Restricting directory visibility
- Requesting additional information
- Limiting account functionality
- Suspending accounts
- Terminating accounts
- Taking reasonable measures to prevent repeated abuse
JwennHub is not obligated to publish or continue displaying every listing, profile, advertisement, or other submission.
21. Third-Party Services
JwennHub and related platforms may contain links to or integrations with independent services, including payment processors, WhatsApp, websites, social media platforms, mapping services, and communication providers.
JwennHub does not control these independent services and is not responsible for their separate content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.
22. Intellectual Property
The JwennHub name, Jwenn platform names, branding, platform designs, software, graphics, and other proprietary materials owned by their respective operators or licensors are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Use of the platforms does not transfer ownership of these materials to users.
23. No Guarantee of Results
JwennHub does not guarantee that use of its platforms will result in:
- A property sale or rental
- A vehicle sale or rental
- New customers
- Business growth
- Professional contracts
- Leads or inquiries
- A particular number of views
- Increased revenue
- Any particular financial outcome
The platforms provide discovery, advertising, directory, digital presentation, and connection tools. Results depend on factors outside JwennHub's control.
24. Platform Availability
JwennHub works to provide reliable access to its platforms but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, network conditions, third-party services, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JwennHub and its related platforms and operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from user transactions, third-party conduct, inaccurate user information, property or vehicle conditions, professional services, independent businesses, external services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
26. Privacy
Use of JwennHub is also subject to the JwennHub Privacy Policy.
Individual Jwenn platforms may maintain additional Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, Listing or Card Policies, and Payment Policies applicable to their specific services.
Users who publish content or purchase services should review the policies applicable to the platform they are using.
27. Changes to These Terms
JwennHub may update these Terms as our platforms, services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements evolve.
Updated Terms may be published with a revised effective date.
Continued use of JwennHub after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
