JwennHub is a digital marketplace hub that provides access to the Jwenn family of platforms, including JwennKay, JwennMachin, JwennBiznis, and other services that may be introduced in the future.

By accessing or using JwennHub or any Jwenn platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. Platform Role

JwennHub and its related platforms provide digital tools that help users discover listings, businesses, professionals, products, services, and opportunities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, JwennHub does not own, sell, rent, inspect, verify, guarantee, or provide the properties, vehicles, businesses, professional services, or other offerings advertised by third-party users.

JwennHub primarily provides technology that helps people find and connect with one another.

2. User-Provided Information

Information displayed through JwennHub and its related platforms may be submitted by property owners, landlords, sellers, vehicle owners, dealers, rental providers, businesses, professionals, agents, or other users.

While JwennHub may take reasonable measures to maintain platform quality and address reported misuse, we do not guarantee that all user-provided information is complete, accurate, current, authentic, or independently verified.

Users should independently verify important information before making decisions or entering into transactions.

3. JwennKay Property Listings

JwennKay provides property listing and discovery services.

JwennHub and JwennKay do not guarantee:

- Property ownership

- Property condition

- Listing accuracy

- Property availability

- Asking prices

- Legal documentation

- Boundaries or measurements

- The identity or authority of an advertiser

- Successful sales or rental transactions

Prospective buyers and renters should independently verify properties, ownership, documentation, and the people involved before making payments or entering into agreements.

4. JwennMachin Vehicle Listings

JwennMachin provides vehicle listing and discovery services.

JwennHub and JwennMachin do not guarantee:

- Vehicle ownership

- Vehicle condition

- Mileage

- Vehicle history

- Mechanical condition

- Listing accuracy

- Vehicle availability

- Pricing

- Title or registration information

- The identity or authority of an advertiser

- Successful sales or rental transactions

Prospective buyers and renters should inspect vehicles and verify relevant documentation and ownership before completing transactions.

5. JwennBiznis Businesses and Professionals

JwennBiznis provides a business and professional directory and digital card platform.

Businesses and professionals are responsible for the information they publish.

Unless expressly indicated through a specific JwennBiznis verification program, JwennHub and JwennBiznis do not guarantee:

- The identity of every business or professional

- Professional qualifications

- Licenses or certifications

- Quality of services

- Pricing

- Availability

- Customer satisfaction

- Accuracy of every profile

- Results from hiring or doing business with a listed provider

Users should independently evaluate a business or professional before hiring, paying, contracting with, or relying upon them.

6. No Endorsement

The appearance of a property, vehicle, business, professional, advertisement, or other listing on a Jwenn platform does not automatically constitute an endorsement or recommendation by JwennHub.

Paid, Premium, Featured, or promoted placement indicates that additional platform visibility or features may have been purchased or provided. It does not automatically mean that JwennHub guarantees or endorses the person, business, service, property, or vehicle.

7. Transactions Between Users

Unless expressly stated otherwise, JwennHub is not a party to transactions arranged between users through the Jwenn platforms.

Users are responsible for their own negotiations, inspections, agreements, payments, contracts, deposits, purchases, rentals, and other transactions.

Users should exercise reasonable caution before sending money, providing sensitive information, signing agreements, or completing transactions with another person.

8. Fraud and Scams

JwennHub does not permit fraudulent or intentionally misleading activity on its platforms.

However, no online marketplace or directory can guarantee that every user will act honestly.

Users should remain alert to suspicious behavior, including unusual payment requests, pressure to send money quickly, inconsistent information, requests for sensitive financial information, or offers that appear unrealistic.

10. Advertising

JwennHub and its related platforms may display paid advertisements, sponsored content, featured listings, or promotional placements.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements.

The presence of advertising on a Jwenn platform does not automatically constitute an endorsement of the advertiser, product, service, or offer.

11. No Guarantee of Results

JwennHub does not guarantee that use of its platforms will result in:

- A property sale or rental

- A vehicle sale or rental

- New customers

- Business growth

- Professional contracts

- Leads or inquiries

- A particular number of views

- Increased revenue

- Any specific financial result

JwennHub provides digital discovery, advertising, directory, and connection tools. Results depend on factors outside our control.

12. Platform Availability

We work to provide reliable access to JwennHub and its related platforms, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network conditions, third-party services, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JwennHub and its related platforms are not responsible for losses, disputes, damages, fraud by third parties, inaccurate user information, property or vehicle conditions, professional performance, or transactions occurring between independent users.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and performing appropriate due diligence before relying on information found through JwennHub.

When appropriate, users should independently verify identities, ownership, documentation, qualifications, prices, conditions, and transaction details.

15. Changes to This Disclaimer

JwennHub may update this Disclaimer as its platforms, services, features, or legal requirements evolve.
